Refund & Returns Policy

RETURNS

Please make sure before making your checkout, that this is an item you need or wish to purchase.

Unified return and replacement policies are for each the item we sell. Once ordered, If you need any help, assistance or wish to cancel an order or cancel part of an order, please send an email with your order number to info@flyjacks.com at the earliest within 24 hrs, that we can serve you in the best way.

We will not be able to either restocked or refunded if any items returned without initiating a return request to us. A restocking fee may apply when the large items were returned and restocked.

While returning a product

  • In all returns (Except a faulty product or a wrong product delivered by us) Buyer is responsible to pay all return shipping and clearing charges [shipping and clearing charges are non-refundable]
  • Restocking a product – If the item you have purchased had free shipping, Then the actual shipping cost applicable will be deducted from your refund.
  • We accept returns on products, only if -informed us within seven days from the date of goods received at your end.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, Please inform us at the earliest at info@flyjacks.com to get so we can get the problem resolved.

 

REFUND

If the buyer is not satisfied with our product for any reason, Dazzle crafts industries will promptly provide an exchange or refund. Only if we have received a return or restock request within 7 days from the date of delivery. The returned products should be in its original packaging & in a perfect (new) unused condition, with proof of purchase from flyjacks.com. Refund will be processed only after the returned goods received at the seller [manufacturer].

Refund will be credited to your main account within fifteen days after the goods received by the seller or [Manufacturer].
